Since five years coming regularly to Tallinn, I always prefer to stay in this hotel because of the excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good rooms, swimming pool, sauna and fitness. It is a place I will always return to.
One block away from the old town, Rotermann, Kaubamaja etc right in the center, location could not be better if you want to visit downtown Tallinn. Rooms are nice and clean, service ok and the breakfast is nice, while maybe not gourmet but at least has a very nice selection. Recommended.
A top-quality hotel for someone to stay. Within a walking distance from the historic centre and 10 minutes’ drive form the airport. The breakfast was more than excellent with many choices and the overall services provided make your stay pleasant.
So we stay 1 night here and i can say its a 3 star hotel. Its not bad but not good. Its between all. Many things to make better but not really bad. Dear general manager talk to you staff. Try to find the things you can do better. Its easy to find. The staff is ok not friendly. The bar is same.
modern, efficient, practical, friendly, no frills, good conference centre, excellent spa and pool with a great view. Very well equipped rooms. Very good location next to the old town, easy airport connection by public transport. Good catering. Everyone speaks English.
Great location and service. Immaculate rooms and public spaces. Fast wifi. Nice pool and sauna on the 8th floor overlooking the old city. Big rooms with everything you may need, including iron and tea and coffee. Staff was polite and friendly.
This hotel is not in the center of everything but it is only a 5 minute walk to old town. The place is large and rooms were very nice. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Cons: Glass walls that allow you to see into the bathroom. Not the thing you want on a romantic get away. Breakfast was extremely crowded! There were no seats left and we had to sit in the lobby.
This hotel has a good central location, its easy to arrive because its a short reach from the ferry terminals and there is a tram stop right next to the hotel. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by. Hotel has nice rooms and friendly staff but i prefer to eat my breakfast somewhere in the town because if the hotel is really full they extend the breakfast serving to lobby bar’s area and it is nit that nice. But you get a good worth of money in this place. There is a sauna and a pool on the top floor with a nice views to the harbour.
I've stayed there for a conference. The hotel is beautiful with big and clean rooms. The breakfast is huge and you can choose between a great selection of sweet and savoury food. On the top floor there is a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. It is difficult to ask for more!
We usually stay here, when we go for a quick getaway to Tallinn. Everything works very well, service is excellent, rooms are very nice and the spa works in its purpose. Would recommend in this price range!
