This is a nice hotel, located on walking distance from both the ferry and the old town. Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly people at the reception desk. Nice breakfast in friendly atmosphere. We had a family room which was very nice. It was on the street side and we had a window open as it was warm inside - and there was quite some noise from traffic in the night.
A nice hotel located very near to the cruise terminal , bus stop, old city , a perfect hotel for one night, quite near to the old town, nice breakfast , friendly staff, quick check-in, luggage locker, Side by Side hotels with similar names, look for the exact sign board.
Nice hotel with good location -15-20 minutes walk to the old city rooms are nice, clean, comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom breakfast is varied, i particularly enjoyed the fish nice and helpful staff
Nice hotel near to port. I have stayed here many times also before. Rooms are nice and tidy, breakfast has great range of choices. Personel is friendly. Overall great value for money and can recommend this hotel for everyone. :)
I Was there with my whole family 2 grandparents, 2 adult and 4 child. The room arrangements were done brilliantly and the hotel was really clean and comfort. the breakfast was great and the restaurant cozy. Price is low and you get really value for your money. Location is not best, but in hotel you can walk in middle of old city att least 15 minutes.
My wife, 11 year old daughter and I stayed there 3rd week in January of this year. I have stayed in 4 stars hotels and no stars semi hostels but this was by far was the best value. The bad, no coffee machine in rooms or ice bucket and breakfast though plentiful in size and decent in variety was mundane but it was included. However a word of warning when the breakfast buffet closes it closes quicker than a Tesla. My wife went to get some water and the matronly server said" NYET" I told my wife you snooze you loose. Our room was spacious but near the elevator. We did not experience the drunken tourist as others but it was off season but you could hear the late guests talking on the corridor. I originally was looking for Airbnb but for basically the same price this included 3 breakfast. My Estonian brother in law sent me a link to where Tallink Exress was noted as the 2nd best hotel deal in Tallin. I agree.
Needed a basic hotel to sleep at before our flight the next morning. Tallinn Express Hotel seemed like a nice hotel and did not cost too much either. Hotel room was nice and clean, everything basic was present. Restaurant was open until 11 PM and offered food at moderate price (food quality itself was quite good). Reception: Check-in was smooth and fast. We were checking-out very early so we were offered complementary sandwich instead of breakfast that was included (but took place later than we checked out). We asked for a wake-up call from the reception and it was done as promised. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a quick stop.
I got my room 2,5 hours before agreed! I was a great help for me. The room was beautiful, corner-room at the 2nd floor and good sights to the fabulous light-show on the wall outside. The room and bath room are clean and comfy. I am a regular Tallinn-visitor but last in this place maybe 2015. Also lobby looks nice now, former it was dull. Bought the soup-menu for the cheap price and it was delicious: 3 soups, bread and butter, speards, sweet soup as dessert. I have eaten this a couple of years before and must say jos the chef knows jos job. The bigger menu was also cheap. Breakfast was plentiful and there was enough choices. Needed hot water to take away for my medicine and got it without any fuzz. What is really nice: looks like reception has got some education for example on smiling to a customer. Years back they looked angry and were frustrated If something came up. Good improvements! Thank you! This encourages me to book another time too. Good service and nice staff!
Hotel’s location is perfect -5 minutes by walk to the port and 10 minutes to the old town.Rooms are quite nice but without minibar ,fridge and tea set. Also there is no air conditioner and safe box. Reception’s staff is helpful, varied delicious breakfast .
Oh no, there was a great benefit this hotel before, free parking but it doesn`t exsist anymore. Parking lot has been lost and it is under construction. Closest parking is 350 meters away, very uncomfortable after long drive from Latvija. Finally we were allowed leave the car front of the hotel extrance opposite to taxi stop. This hotel does not fit any longer to customers with a vechiles. Breakfast, those meatballs, sausages and limited selection of veggies, should be replaced already to more tasty ones, so many years so many breakfasts, it has always been the simple same. Small freezer besides the reception, drinks for sale late night but forexample Saku 0,33 liter beer what costs 50 cents in the Alko shops will be sold 4,5 Euros in the reception, it is unbelivable greediness,..lol
