Disgusting 20 long black hairs in bathtub along with some kind of mung and ants crawling around in bath tub. could not shower in the morning. Freakin GROSS!

The best thing about the stay was the original check-in person. The worst part was that they put us in an adjoin room and every night there was a different noisy group

The hotel is average, the price is high compared to other hotels that offer better quality at almost the same price, what I liked was the location.
clean and big rooms, quiet environment, friendly staff. Very convenient location. Next to a bank. In the heart of Federal way so a strategic location from where you conveniently do business in Federal way
The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a good place if you’re just looking to sleep there. However, the shower had extremely hard pressure and wasn’t adjustable and the refrigerator was sticky.
We got to our room and it looked like a bad version of the pictures, the bed was comfy and the place was clean. The were staples holding the bathroom trim up and the breakfast in the morning was not good, they had a waffle machine and limited other options I really didn’t enjoy the stay I think I will stay at the Marriott or Hilton’s next time I’m in town.
