There's a young lady on the front desk team that's so rude and flippant, never seemed interested in helping to resolve anything. Made the whole stay awful. Housekeeping also would lie that they cleaned room on request when they didn't. When you try to ask them about cleaning, they'd claim "no english". So no way to even request cleaning. Management didn't seem to care. Stayed one week, requested housekeeping twice, both times ignored, bed bugs also in bed. So another person leaving for the same bugs.

I was having some reservation issues when I first got there and I thought the receptionist was being unfair to me when I was having some payment issues about the room that I booked. The towels were rough to use in the bathroom. The room was kinda stuffy.
