The room was okay. In the description, the king suite was described as having a full kitchen- it was not. It wasn’t properly stocked with utensils, cups, and other kitchen necessities. We didn’t have access to the pool due to COVID. Nowhere was that mentioned before booking. Breakfast was limited—very few options and was to be given to me by an employee. It was not a pleasant stay compared to our previous one.

I would not stay here again. The first room reeked of cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room. When I tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the base was not connected to the wall. In the new room, the phone never worked properly and would cut out. But the worst part was the trash. A huge bag of housekeeping trash sat by the back elevator for two days. The trash by the pet run area was overflowing for three days. The things that were good included a quiet room and the air conditioning.

The room was nice and I really like that it had a separate bedroom for privacy. Staff was friendly and quick check in.

Happy hour was great , breakfast was great staff was friendly and helpful

I ran out of some things and had to go to desk to resupply. Shampoo is very hard to squeeze bottles for people with arthritis. Other than that things were just fine.

The hotel is older and is a bit ratty (as in tattered). Worn is a good word. It doesn't feel "warm and cozy" The area doesn't seem to be the best either, signs abound warning DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING in your car. Hmm. Walls and floors are apparently very thin so it was very noisy (I am a sound sleeper so to awaken me takes a LOT of noise) and I was in an end-corner room. Saw folks walking down the hall in their boxers and a T shirt.... Uh.... you couldn't put pants on? That said, my room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower hot, good water pressure and clean as well. Its not bad, but I don't think Id stay here again. And definitely NOT if my wife and kids were with me. In all fairness I normally stay with the Marriott family of hotels, so I am looking at this from a different standard. Like I said, it wasn't bad, just old and noisy.

Fabulous place w friendly staff and even someone making personalized omelettes!

The room was cleen and spacious and decorations were very nice.

I loved this hotel because the rooms were nice and roomy. The breakfast is amazing. Way more than the continental and lots of places to sit. Close to everything you may need during your stay. Best Western has come a long way with their hotels and for a reasonable price.

As soon as you walked in there was a strong odor of a dirty mop and carpet freshener. The king bed needs to be changed because it was so dented in the center my husband and I slept uncomfortably since there was a terrible slope.

Hotel is next to train tracks there for very noisy all night. Fortunately I had earplugs. Hotel is okay otherwise. Except for the fact that I booked an ad a room but it had a bathtub with no shower wand, and the toilet seat was raised 1 inch manually.

For the price, the location was disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable though.

Washington is a big state with a lot to do. I found this location central to a lot of the sites and was easy to get to off the highway. Would recommend it for anyone who is looking to venturing out in Washington.

Arriving at hotel I felt area was less-than-desirable: next to train tracks, industrial and a few places to eat. Room clean enough, bed nice and comfortable. No "Do Not Disturb" sign in room. At 1:30 AM a security guy attempted to gain access to our room...without knocking and forcibly enough to jar us out of bed. The deadbolt was engaged and the force in which he attempted to open door was enough to cause door jam to crack slightly. He said, "sorry, Security" At 3:30 AM I left room for my flight and mentioned to the front desk the above, their comment was the person who checked us in didn't do it right and they didn't know if anyone was in the room. Why didn't they wait until the morning and why didn't they call or knock instead of trying to force the door open in the middle of the night? Very disturbing for two females traveling alone. Beds comfortable.

Rooms are quite large, but bathroom is extremely small. Smelled very strongly of cleaning products. Small details need upgrade, such as loose faucet, low water pressure, dents/paint scratches on wall. Full breakfast including hot foods.

We booked this hotel 34 Miles away from our event for the indoor pool. We were not told it was under construction and not usable. Very upsetting. There was a youth soccer team staying on our floor that were roaming the hall making noise by yelling, knocking on doors until 11:00 pm. We go to bed at 8:30 to get up at 5:00 to drive the 34 Miles to our 7:00 am start time. We finally got to sleep at 11:30 pm. The room was clean however the shower had mold around the handle. Gross! The king size bed was big but not comfortable. It was very hard. The room design and set up was nice. Overall, we will not stay at this location again.
