Room was great. Clean The night staff was awesome. Only one of the staff members was no as friendly Brad was his name. Otherwise everyone was kind. House keeping was accommodating. I would definitely come here again. Communication was ok. Some staff would say they will bring a microwave to the rokm management's would say its not possible. I will it was consistent. Otherwise we will be back

There was little hot water in the shower. The hottest I could get the shower was luke warm at best. The water that came out of the bathroom sink was really hot. I complained to management. I got an email back stating that the head of housekeeping said the water was hot. The next shower I took, same thing. Luke warm at best. How can the water in the sink be so hot, and no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing, especially when they said it was OK.
