Room smells bad and hair on bathroom floor.they gave us a new room and that one smells too...was there for a few days and in front of the hotel a bench had cafe cups seating on them and no one pick them up the whole time..looks like no one cleans the front too

I was able to sleep here, but not work. The wireless was up and down constantly. If I'd known it was going to do this, I would have stayed elsewhere.

It was comfortable. I enjoyed my trip. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was OK same thing every day.

Was searching for hotel close to Kentwood High School. This was one of closest. Hotel itself was clean, quiet, comfortable. View from room was horrible - looked out on a muddy lot between buildings. Area was very industrial. It was convenient for my one night need.

Good all around experience with well supplied breakfast, clean and comfortable room, nice pool and hot tub and convenient location. Most staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even helped install fitbit on their computer so I could track my progress.

Place was undergoing some renovation so not that many people there at the time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty good. Quiet.

Quite and comfortable to stay. Thank you for allow early check in. Breakfast was good also.

Nice hotel but breakfast wasnt that awesome, just regular, but expensive hotel for the expectations.

Comfort Inn Kent met or exceeded our expectations. One of the better facilities we have stayed at in years past.

This was a very comfortable place to stay along with being easy to locate from the freeway. The bed was comfortable. There is a choice of pillow comfort - soft or firm - available. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of foods available. We were a little disappointed in where our room was since we had made reservations 2 months in advance. We were across the hall from the ice machine. The air conditioner helped muffle the sound. I would return if I needed to stay in the Kent area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us printed directions for great spot to eat & visit downtown Seattle.Room was one of the better ones we have stayed at, clean& comfortable.

Staff was helpful and took care do a noisy uptairs guest promptly, room clean and well serviced.

I enjoyed the hotel for the most part other then the price was a little high

Other than the drain in the bathroom breaking or not working properly it was okay. Fortunately my husband is handy and was able to make it temporarily work. If you are needing a bed for the night the Comfort Inn is a decent place to stay. A variety of good breakfast items and coffee is offered in the morning.

We came into town for the night for my grandfathers funeral service. The hotel was pretty easy to find. The person at the front desk was very nice and tried to accomodate us as best as possible. There was a pool, hot tub, and an excersise room, but we did not use. The hotel was really quiet and all the staff was very nice. There was a few maintenance issues however. The bar in the shower was really loose. If someone had to use it, I dont know if it would stay attached. The HVAC unit in the room worked, but was probabally older than me. The thermostat on it wasnt very responsive. It was either on full or blowing really cold air. There is a place to eat right across the street, but that is the only one nearby unless fast food works for you. The breakfast was pretty small and not full of a lot of choices.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough for two people for a week. We tend to not use housekeeping when staying in hotels, but there was never any complaint about them from any other members of our party. The complimentary breakfast was not the most diversified we have seen but there was enough options that we never went anywhere else for breakfast. The staff also did an amazing job of keeping the food well stocked. The hotel was quiet there were two large groups of kids staying there at the same time and we never heard them. It is located off a major road so with the window open we got traffic noise but it wasn't noticeable with the window closed. The location worked well for us. We were in Seattle for a wedding so we spent a lot of time with family, who live in Kent. However, when we had free time the hotel was conveniently located right off a major road and we could be in Seattle in 15 minutes. The only real issue we had was that our room key had to be reprogrammed 3 times. We are not really sure if it was something we kept doing with them or if it was an issue with the hotel its self but to us it was a minor inconvenience. Overall we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and the next time we are in Seattle we will stay there again.

We arrived Sat. May 16th 09 and checked in the hotel around 4:00, I requested a room on the first floor because it is difficult to walk a far distance, was told none was availble so we took a room on second floor. We had our 8 lb. dog with us so we paid our extra 20.00 and off to the room we went and put everything away. We then went to our grandson's double header little league game with the dog and had a great time, but as the game was over we were tired and sore, so we stopped along the way back to the hotel, picked up takeout, up to the room we went. As we settled in, changed our clothes, the phone rang and clerk asked if we had a dog, I said yes, she was checked in with us earlier and I had paid my deposit. She informed me we were not in a pet room so we had to move down to the first floor. I couldn't believe it, first, I had ask for a room on the first floor and was told none was availble and now they had us move all our stuff without help at 10:00 at nite. The next morning, a bill was slipped under the door asking for 20.00 more for the pet, I won't even go into how long it took to explain that it was already paid at checkin.....will not stay in this Comfort Inn again.

The hotel is very nice. Pool and spa area were clean. Hotel staff friendly and the bed was comfortable.
