I reserved this room almost 4 weeks before I checked in. Upon my arrival to this property, I was informed that the water would be turned off from Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. The staff member said she apologized for not calling me to ask if this was acceptable.

I understand they are understaffed.Sercutity is there now. Still homeless is around stairs wells at night. Noisy people above us. As long as they keep improving,they will be a great place.

Property has abit of construction ongoing, so elements like the elevators aren’t working, so if you need help, just inquire for a 1st floor room. Property is great. In room fridge, stove top, and microwave. Aside from the construction, hotel is good, and a reasonably close distance to SEATAC and the Rental Car Facility.

We have been to a lot of motels since my fiance got murdered in match but by far this is the place we wi stay at from now on cause they got ecerything stove refrigerator microwaves everythinv we need to yse right there.staff was so anszi v and tgey been through sraff when we started stay in august of 2024.

When we got inside the room it looked nothing like the pictures online. Ended up not staying there and had to pay the room charge anyways. Ended up having to stay somewhere else, since it seemed very sketchy and gross.

This hotel is definitely a lower class facility. As we walked up the stairs there are large holes in the wall and even in the rooms there were in-repaired holes behind the door., However the rooms were clean. The faucet was missing a handle in the bathroom. There were a lot of little things that added up To be less than desired.

There was no hot water the entire stay of our trip. The stove was unusable since it was entire rusted and there wasn't anything in the kitchenette to cook with or eat with. Defeated the whole purpose of getting a room with a kitchenette.

Not too bad for the price

It’s a bit outdated and a little worn down and it’s location makes it okay for accessibility if you are staying any length of time. We stayed before heading on a cruise and it is a bit of a drive to the dock area. Locals told us not to turn our back on luggage because it will disappear quickly. There were people hanging out all around the hotel all night even in the small wooded area behind the property. For a short stay it’s fine.

From the outside, it looks nice. But upon entering our room, noticed the door, after closing had about 1\2 in of play. The extra security latch was loose in the doorframe held in by 3 screws that were stripped out. There were several holes in various spots, some patched badly and some not patched at all. At midnight of the second night, security was knocking on our door, accusing us of not supposing to be anyone in the room and threatening with the police. Worked that out after dressing and going down to the office. Was glad to be leaving in the morning, although any semblance of good sleep was ruined by someone's clerical error.

If you are a female, do not stay at this motel. I only lasted a few hours, and I had to leave when someone tried to open my door again. Rooms are a mess. Mold everywhere
