Reception/check in was great!
Clean, large room, plenty of parking and good location.
So usually i get a food voucher and today was otherwise. Couldn't get a true answer. One of the reasons why I liked staying there, especially after a long shift at work. Probably won't stay again since the food voucher was the incentive since my checkout has always been way before the checkout time. Made it value for my money
Such a great ambiance. Friendly staff. Nice rooms.
The room was fine, very average. It was only a few blocks from the university, so that was a plus.
I waited for coffee at the Starbucks stand for almost a half hour and only three patrons ahead of me . Ok when I finally was served the employee apologized for the wait. I did say -almost 39 minutes was a bit long for coffee. A gentleman was also there to assist and gave me the coffee at no cost and I thanked them and left. When passing the front desk again about 10 minutes later , a front desk employee asked me for my room and I said is something wrong? She said the coffee person said I called her a name, I absolutely did not. As it turns out I was attending an event for autism so that would be the very last thing I would call someone . The harassment from the front continued but more as if they were now embarrassed. I have never been more insulted in my life. Then it seems the clerk was saying out loud she was wanting to leave . It is my thought that this clerk just used me to take the day off. Little did she know I would be the last person to call someone a name . I also did not blame the server as she was doing her best. Again I am so insulted words cannot describe.
it was very noisy at night. people were walking in halls and speaking very loud after midnight, both nights
We could not get a table for breakfast. One gentleman working the entire restaurant. All tables had dirty dishes from prior patrons. The coffee counter was NEVER open the three days I was there. The staff for the hotel was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and neat.
Good
Suite was big and nicely designed
I liked the ability to be able to have a kitchen for quick meals
