comfortable bed (king), clean and quiet. Nice to have breakfast added. Extra $20 for secure parking was nice too. Close to large shopping mall and close to Manly (however Manly is now quite dirty and run down).

Staff were good and attentive, however despite being told repeated times it’s a guaranteed checkout at 2pm, this is not the case. Had to wait till 2pm only to be told it hasn’t even started to be cleaned. When you have to be somewhere and then waiting unnecessarily for a room that won’t be ready for another hour, then I’d rather be told at the outset, come back in an hour. Then can make the relevant decisions. Some could check in and other unfortunates couldn’t. I’m okay with delays especially when busy periods, but don’t say guaranteed, when you can’t. Overall a basic hotel, clean and functional.

Great property and handy location for going to the football & club. We've stayed here many times and never had any issues. But, the room we were in during this stay was very noisy and we had minimal sleep due to the noise of motors.
