This gorgeous sunlit apartment is just 10 minutes walk from Coogee Beach, and a stone's throw from the huge array of cafes, restaurants and bars of Coogee Beach.
Great for couples or a family, as it has two connected rooms: one a sunroom with a bunk, and the other the main room with a large single bed. A sofa bed in the lounge could also be used as a bed.
Located on the top floor of a 3 story art deco apartment block and next to a heritage-listed property, it has wide views to the ridgeline behind Coogee.
It is just five minutes walk to the buzzing restaurant and cafe hubs of The Spot and the Ritz Cinema. It has easy access to the city, museums and the Opera House, with bus stops for city buses just two minutes walk. The Randwick light rail is a 10 minute walk.
