I only stayed one night but I would go back again. The hotel is in an excellent position. The staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms well appointed. Room Service food quite satisfactory. Parking is also very convenient - right outside the entrance and also undercover.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access as we came from the Central West. The The view from our window of the harbour was stunning but overall our room was below average. Comfy twin beds but my my doona had a nasty yellow stain and someone else's lipstick on it. The tap in our small bathroom had no cold water so once the hot water came through we could not clean our teeth or fill our glass so had to use bottled water from the minibar! The trains running under the hotel are a constant disturbance. I had heard good things about this hotel but unfortunately was very disappointed as this was a special night away with my daughter.

I stayed here one night recently because we were running a workshop the following day. My room was large and roomy - had everything I needed. I didn't have a view across the harbour but from the lift lobby could look at all the Vivid Sydney lights which was really nice. The bed was OK and the shower was OK - not great but OK. I was a bit disconcerted by the train noise but it's very convenient if you are wanting to get arounfd Sydney easily so pluses and minuses.

Pros- Easy to locate, transport to city, hotel is above rail station. Quick friendly check-in. Rooms are spotless.Stunning harbour view rooms. A good selection of meals and drinks Room service quick for time fo night at a small charge. Rooms have large clean windows. Beds are comfortable. After recent events, I noticed a fire sprinkler system throughout the hotel. All staff encounted were very friendly and helpfull. Good hanging space. Full length mirrors. Good selection of bathroom products.Cons- Lower floor rooms subject to rail noise. Travelled to Sydney for major limb op for daughter .Booked this hotel for one night as daughter had stayed before for her work and distance from hospital. Daughters surgery tough on her, told she should stay overnight, but wanted to stay in hotel. Went back to hotel. Walk up rate an eye watering $355 for one night. Checked a booking site on arriving home (4hr drive) and found $277 for a monday night. I would suggest don't do a walk-up, book through a booking site.

Stayed one night. Met all my expectations. Spacious room. Modern. Comfortable bed. Fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge! Best hotel view I've ever had. One minute walk to North Sydney train station and close to restaurants and shops. Parking available for $25 per night, not cheap. Can probably park on the streets behind the hotel although knowing Sydney you'd most likely have to feed the meter. Highly recommended and will definitely choose again.

We stayed at the hotel when we disembarked a cruise ship. The hotel was very conveniently located to railway station which was actually beneath it, bus services and good access for our friends to visit. We were on the 11th floor directly facing the Harbour Bridge and city. The weather was lousy but this didn't matter as the hotel had a warm and friendly feel, great food and stunning bar area. We stayed for 3 nights but would have extended if we had the time.

Visited Sydney for Vivid and stayed at the Harbourview. The views are stunning, the room was well appointed and modern as was the bathroom. Situated a couple of minutes walk from North Sydney rail station, the hotel was conveniently located for a quick trip to and from the city.

We have stayed a couple of times and love this hotel for both business and pleasure. The views are amazing and the proximity to the centre of Sydney makes it a must stay. The staff are all accommodating from the moment you check in until you leave. Breakfast caters for gluten free and dinner has a great selection with daily specials. A great place to relax after a busy day either doing business or sightseeing.

Our view was over Luna park and took in the bridge but not the opera house. The Hotel is almost next door to the north Sydney train station so getting into town is no problem and you get a unique aspect on the ride over the bridge. Our room was clean and modern with the usual amenities. The small bathroom could also allow a view from the loo as long as you're travelling alone. We didn't eat in for dinner but the menu featured several gluten free option and the gf toast and cereal on a separate table with a dedicated toaster show they understand cross contamination too. Lifts were small and not up to peak hour traffic at all

We stayed here for one night whilst Vivid was on and it was so lovely to have a harbourview room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The railway is quite close but didnt bother us too much. The staff are fantastic and we would definately stay here again.
