Not as good as our previous stays

Kitchen facilities were adequate for our stay and laundry was fine. What I did think somewhat unusual was that we booked a one bedroom suite and were then given a 2 bedroom suite with the additional bedroom locked. Certainly nothing like we have ever encountered before. The steps down to the corridor we were staying in made it somewhat difficult to manoeuvre with 2 large suitcases and not sure how a less mobile couple would have coped with this.

Great central location and I was on the 25th floor with great views. Unfortunately the room was not very clean at all. Hairs all over the place and dust that had clearly built up over weeks of neglect. Pity as the hotel itself was fairly good. Staff friendly

Meriton Best

We had a most enjoyable stay, felt like a home with a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The small items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc made it very convenient, dishes were clean, trash could be taken out and dropped into the chute by the lifts. I will be staying there again! Btw, the building is a few minutes walk to the Chatswood station. Staff are awesome!

The Meriton Suites Chatswood team was responsive, and I was happy that they addressed my special request very well. The check-in process was nice and quick and the room was spacious and clean (except the shower facility could use some upgrades so it’s less clunky) - overall, a great experience.
