Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Have stayed at the Mantra Parramatta multiple times over the last few years. Its our first choice of place to stay when travelling to Sydney. Close to public transport, only a short train ride to Central station & the price is much better value than anywhere in the CBD. It's a place where every single staff member I've interacted with have been fantastically helpful & pleasant. Some rooms show some age but are clean, comfortable & have everything you need. This is the place I tell anyone who asks to stay at, we'll definitely be back!
