Good location and nice staff.

The location very close to the train station, Westfield and lots of shops and restaurants are around 5mins walk. The reception staff are nice and helpful. The room has all equipment and wash machine, but the bathroom and kitchen was not very clean and needs to improve. Very strong curry smell in the building and didn’t have room service during the time.

Don’t stay here. The springs on the bed had gone, making the mattress sag. Grubby walls, holes in the doors. Not worth rhe price. The only good thing was the location

Overall apartment needs a big refresh. Bathroom tired and fittings falling from wall. Bed terrible. The car park is a challenge to access as intercom not working. The reception was difficult to find from car park as no signs.

the rooms where dirty,there was black pubic hairs in the shower, light covers missing off celing lights. walls where dirty and damaged. balcony had black slime and emppty soft drink can on balcony floor, the balcony corners had spider webbs in them and spider webbs on outside of balcony gass doors

The room was run down and in need of an update. There was dried liquid that had run down the wall and not been cleaned off. The bedside light did not work. The floor looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop.

Very dirty, finger prints on stainless steel fridge & oven, walls not clean especially around light switches. Just general dirty walls that I grabbed a cloth and it easily wiped off. Blinds had holes and marks on them. Broken drawers in the bathroom. Toilet paper in the bathroom ceiling lights that have obviously been broken and they have just filled it with toilet paper. Overall not happy at all and I will not be recommending this place for anyone to stay. It was not just my room other people we traveled with also had similar things with their room :( People smoking outside the hotel where there was a convience store people were right outside smoking.
