The property is not being maintained. The outside is run down. That is ok, but the bed springs stuck into us and the inside of the unit was very unloved.

Close enough to the main park of town. Town is gorgeous. Easy to park car at. Pretty old and run down. Walls are paper thin so not enjoyable if you have neighbours who are up all night. Only stayed one night, wouldn’t want much longer there.

Staff were friendly and the service was relaxed. Rooms were ‘surface cleaned’ but could do with a deeper clean and a pest control spray. The property itself is looking quite tired nowadays; could do with an upgrade. However, reasonably priced and location to Cronulla restaurants and beach is very handy.

Room was clean and tidy with recently renovated bathroom. Property is walking distance from Cronulla shops, dinning and beach. No addition cost for parking car. Enjoyed the stay and will book this property again in future. Am unsure if all rooms have been renovated.

The room had not been cleaned properly, there was tobacco in one of the drawers. The dust in some corners was very thick would never stay again
