Great Oxford St Location

Good location for our trip, room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Could do with some charging points, so take your wall plugs. There is no lift so need to take that into consideration for those that can’t do stairs. Overall happy with our stay.

Dirty bathroom

Bathroom is rather very dirty had alot mould in shower also missing spot of cleaning beside toilet and also behind the vanity is rather disgust as im professional housekeeperand i know the floor never been wash.. every room service housekeeper had not once clean the bathroom but just too up supplies.. Another then that the room is comfortable and the bed very comfortable.. the reception very friendly and helpful

The hotel is great and comfortable and the staff are excellent and attentive and just lovely! We had to extend one night and we were given a great option and a smooth room transition.
