We stay in this hotel regularly for work. It really is a home away from home. The staff are brilliant and the food is amazing. We refuse to stay anywhere else when visiting the Sydney office. Keep up the excellent work.
Lovely Room. Comfortable Bed if not a tad Firm. Very Clean and quiet. Check In was quick and efficient. Breakfast was Lacklustre and Overpriced. At $29 a head. On checking out. Overall not a bad experience. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A great size place to stay for meetings close by or for conferences onsite. The Restaurant you need to book early as food is fantastic and is generally booked out apparently. No surprises as quality of food was sensational. It isnt a cheap place to stay or eat, but is very good value when you take the quality of both into consideration. Great size rooms and very comfortable bed.
Fantastic time, staff very friendly, room was very good, food very nice and staff very helpful they made your feel welcome. Yes i will stay at this hotel again and request room 90, very conftable and practical for my needs.
We were invited to a wedding reception at this venue so we decided to stay the night. We booked into our room early as it was ready before midday as lunch did not start till 12 we ask if we could have a sandwich and coffee the kitchen said of course and a toasted sandwich and coffee was delivered to the court yard in minutes (delicious) allowing us plenty of time to dress for the Church. The reception was styled beautifully, all food courses were good portions and tasty a nice night was had by everyone attending. The rooms were clean, well designed with a very comfortable queen bed... definitely value for money.
Our room was of a very high standard ( refurbished superior king) and very spacious and comfortable. My wife`s only complaint was lack of magnifying mirror in bathroom. Shower pressure excellent, a nice bonus that is often lacking. Really good parking..underground secure and outside. A good standard restaurant with good service
We were quite disappointed because we specifically booked the place for the heated pool they advertised on their website so the kids could swim in, and did not get it. According to their website and in-room hotel information booklet, it was supposed to be turned on the whole year except winter time. When I asked about it, the hotel staff said as far as he knows, it was turned off all the time. I then requested for it to be turned on so that we could swim the next day (as it takes 24 hours for it to heat up). They did not turn it on. My kid and husband also got burned while washing their hands because the tap on our bathroom sink had the cold and hot reversed. The positives were that the staff were lovely and the place was immaculately refurbished and designed.
The staff are wonderful and I always feel at home at the Hills Lodge! Highly recommend this property. The hotel is clean and so well maintained. The restaurant has a great menu and ambience. I've stayed there many, many times and I'll always go back.
We have stayed at the hotel a few times and it always a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is a boutique Tudor hotel with magnificent grounds The rooms are verysmart with the most comfortable beds. We always find the staff very friendly and helpful. It has that comfortable feeling where you feel very relaxed. We find it is within walking distance to some good shopping
Had a lovely time over Easter with a group attending the State Softball championships. Excellent accommodation - good sized room, comfortable beds and a sofa to read on. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area great, although the water was too cool for me to jump in but not the kids. The hotel is close to conveniences such as shops and eateries. I recommend the buffet breakfast. I would happily return if back in the area.
