I was charged for something that I wasn't aware of. Called them the day of checked out to ask what was the charges for. Until now, they do not have an answer for me.

One of the few hotels we have liked a lot in our travels. Clean and nice smelling without being perfumed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the best ever and we like to start the day with a good and hearty breakfast. The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Australians are that way, but the hotel took it up a notch. Very convenient location downtown.

Great News and room for improvement Orbitz /Hotel bad job not allow first return of room . Problem with not positive resolution . I called to say I wasn’t going to be there the first night or but said no problem just check with the hotel when I got to the hotel they refused . again great hotel great location bad connection between Orbitz in the hotel I don’t know if I’ll use Orbitz again or go back to the hotel

Nice hotel with a good size room. The hotel also includes a Handy phone to use for directions and calls so you do not have to use your data.

Good hotel, but for the prices at the restaurant, a surcharge for paynig by credif card is unreasonable.

It was a great stay at Swissotel. The staff was professional and is a plus.

We stayed 2 nights , 2 adults 2 kids, $650 with b/fast, one room. The room was clean, and we didn't get interrupted at all by room service. The first room we were given was right next to the lifts - were weren't confident the kids would sleep so they gave us a room on the 18th floor. This room was directly under an air conditioning system or something but there was a loud strong motor noise constantly all night. Considering we'd stipulated noise was a concern, that seemed a poor effort. Kids love a pool, it is (1.2 meters all across, without a shallow end. Loungers filled up most of the day so people were sitting on towels. The pool is outdoors Wifi is free but untested for security reasons - and they have a little iphone like thing in the room which says "take me with you! I'm free!" .I had a poke at it but as you have to accept pages of legalese I was not game to sign up. This thing played videos all night and lit up the room, which was a great night light for the kids but may annoy Overall it was good, but they seem to have one or two issues with the little things... 1st breakfast we ordered two teas, they brought one - when we asked for another the waitress said "oh really?. Could not find butter - seemed to be a "block" near the pancakes and none near the bread. day2 No glasses at the fruit juice bar and people milled for ages before staff twigged. Disappointed my little girl (8) who wanted to play the piano, to be told they "didn't have a key for it". hmmm

For a king size room, the bed is on the small side. Only prepared one set of towels in my room. Took 30mins to bring up a bucket of ice cubes. Probably will not return.
