It is all about the view. My 9th floor room had a phenomenal view of the harbour, bridge, and opera house. The staff was very helpful and friendly, overall very clean. My room had a mini fridge and micro with basic utensils and dishware. The hotel itself and the rooms are very dated and could use a refresh or jus some basic maintenance updates.

The courteous staff are amazing and especially Suzanne and Roberto on the management side. Nothing was too much trouble. Warm welcome, nicely appointed room with cooking facilities, spotless throughout the hotel. Nice location too. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this very decent 4 star apartotel.
