The beds and linen were excellent for a good rest but I was really disappointed when the hotel staff told me that the fact that I booked with Orbitz meant that I did not get a credit with Marriott Rewards program. why is that?
Hotel staff was incredibly helpful in arranging our room as well as providing recommendations for things to visit in Sydney. The room itself was modern, clean, and open. The location of the hotel is in the suburbs of Sydney - the hotel is about a 4 minute walk from the train station, which directly connects you to the downtown area of Sydney within 30 minutes. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again.
unfortunately I was moved to the Quest due to overbooking . Though this move was reasonably smooth and I was offered refreshments at the Marriot, it was very delayed. My stay at the Quest was comfortable, though customer service at the front desk at the Quest was lacking, especially considering the inconvenience created by the hotel group.
