Love free boat slip room overlooking the lake

Very clean, basics are done well, reasonable price. Upscale restaurant, well managed property.

The view, the staff. The food. Best vacation in years. We will be back

Free boat slips and dock personal to help you dock .plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas . very accommodating staff. would love to stay again this summer

Beautiful spot on the lake and a beautiful view from our room. Look forward to going back!

The staff are rude and overall the service at the restaurants was horribly slow. We called the front desk due to a broken bed (which wasn’t fixed) and to ask for a late checkout so we could try to get some more sleep on a broken bed. Was told to call in the morning to ask. Called in the morning and was just told “NO”. At checkout I asked and was told that they don’t do late check out. Apparently no exceptions even for a broken bed. They were organized enough to bang on our door at 11:04 am but but clearly not organized to tell us the night before that late check outs are not allowed. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care at all that we paid for a room with a broken bed. There are plenty of cleaner, caring, and cheaper places in the area. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

The room was just what I needed. Two full/queen beds and a bathroom. Free wifi too

Beach front room close to everything was not here enough to get more information

The property was very clean and the location was beautiful. We met the owner a number of times who was incredibly nice and welcoming. Our only issue was with the front desk staff. They were not very friendly, accommodating, or knowledgeable. While in town one day, we called to ask how late Blue Bistro was serving until. They didn't know the answer so they kept placing us on hold and finally said that they were transferring us to someone else. Unfortunately they hung up on us so we never got our answer and ultimately did not dine at Blue Bistro that night. One night I asked the front desk attendant about the possibility of doing a late check the following day because we had been celebrating my wife's birthday. The attendant said that she didn't know but that I should call the following morning at 7am and inquire with the person on duty. That completely defeats the purpose of inquiring about doing a late checkout!!! Why couldn't they tell me then???. We ended up staying another day and once again asked about doing a late check out. We were told that we could but unfortunately we started getting bangs on the doors at the original check out time. Overall we had a nice time and most of the staff were very polite and accommodating...except for the front desk. They were terrible.

The location of the property is great-right on the waterfront. The room had a beautiful view of the lake, and was very clean and comfortable. We had trouble getting the tv remote to work and a staff person-Pete, a chef who was helping out with maintenance-came a fixed it promptly. Even better than getting the tv fixed was the opportunity to meet Pete! He was very personable and helpful. We would like to also give a big shout out to Karen and Lizzie in the restaurant. We had a wonderful and very fairly priced breakfast and these women saw to it that the service was as excellent as the food. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant property is rather hilly so be prepared to do some climbing

The room we had, though small, had a lovely view of the lake and beach. The food was very good, if a little over priced.

Wonderful restaurant was great staff helpful and friendly expecially Nicole at front desk

Book the lake view rooms as the Terrance have a view of the parking lot. Avoid the restaurant at night as the musical talent is a bit loud during dinner.

Hotel was older but clean tub needed a bar to hold onto. Very clean. Staff very friendly.
