I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - or the staff! Barbara at the front desk is an angel on earth. She is so good at her job and so friendly as well. The moment you walk through the doors - you're welcomed! She also goes above and beyond by trying to make sure you got the best deal possible if you are staying for multiple nights or coming back for more work trips. I always love Springhill Suites but this one sticks out to me above all others! Work sucks - but being able to stay at this hotel makes it much better!

Check in process was good, however, when I went to my room, the light switch at the door did not work so I had to go into a dark room to find a light. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. I was offered a new room and moved to that one.
