Excellent place to stay. Great service and it’s near good restaurants.
The staff are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The bed very comfortable. My favorite the water pressure in the walk in shower was very strong!

The staff was very helpful & accommodating.it was time for my prayers, upon request the front desk lady opened a clean room for me to pray.
This is not your typical Fairfield Inn, they are normally better than this place. These are some of my issues: The mattress was very hard. One of the windows was cover with a white film which restricted the view. There were no electric sockets on the night stand or desk. You had to crawl under the desk to plug in your lap top, The bath towels were as thin as a good paper towel. The tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked. The main point, don't expect Marroit standards.
While the staff were friendly and helpful... I was disappointed by the room. Old fashioned large back TV, rough bottom in tub and room needed a humidifier for reasons unknown. the only reason I didn't leave is b/c the location was perfect.
The ad said refridgerator and microwave but when we arrived the ammenities were only in executive suites. Desk clerk tried to make amends but was not able to.Otherwise, the room was clean and nice.
The biggest problem I had with this hotel was that the internet went out the first night of my three night stay. I called the front desk to tell them that their wireless went down. Instead of working on it for me, they forwarded me to their IT Department (in India...) and had me work with them to get it up and running. I was VERY unhappy about this. I was there as a guest, I did not want nor have the time to sit there and work with their IT Department in order to fix their internet issues. When the internet was fixed, it was down again an hour later. I never called the front desk about it again and it was never fixed over my three night stay.... I even called the customer service department the last night of my stay to file a complaint. The supervisor I spoke with seemed less than interested in listening to what I had to say. Not a very good experience at ALL.
We stayed here while we were in Suwanee for a wedding reception. The location was great. It was less than a mile off the highway and about 5 miles to a walmart. There is also an Applebees and Outback right next door. My only complaint was the breakfast was not too good (sour milk). I would stay there again though.
Hotel was clean and average. I forgot my toothpaste and the hotel shop was sold out. I had to drive to a gas station at 10:30 PM.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and right of the interstate. Convenient, clean and most of all, nice. The kids loved the pool too.
The room was very clean and the shower was wonderful! The hotel was very quiet and the bed slept great. I would recommend this. The only thing was that they did not have a microwave or fridge. They also have free cookies and coffee at the front desk. Great stay! The front parking lot is well lit, which is important to me for security reasons.
Nice room - clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited, but food was good.
