I stayed here with a friend when we went to the Christmas market in Stuttgart. The hotel is really easy to get to by U-Bahn from the city centre. The room we stayed in was VERY tiny but it was clean. There was an extra charge for breakfast and in my opinion, it wasn't worth what we paid. Also, the walls aren't very sound-proof. We could hear people in the hall, someone having a shower at 5am, and even someone coughing in another room.

Recently returned from two nights at the Relax hotel... Now its hard to write a review of the hotel because of the mixed bag you get with it, Every point of the hotel has its good and bad points... The staff - receptionists themselves were great, very polite and helpful, the staff who served breakfast were hit and miss, one was great, happy and asking if everything was ok - the other one just stared in silence at your every move and said nothing. The room, up several flights of concrete steps to the third floor (no lift) the room was a good size but very very basic, a mini fridge and tv in room as well as a fan which was supplied which was broken. Bathroom was very poor, intermittent working shower and the bathroom was so small my shoulders could touch both walls. Unable to wash at the sink without leaving the bathroom door open. Very basic bed with one cover on it and a weird pillow - none the less I slept well which was a bonus. Other thing that left me disappointed - gym advertised amounted to nothing more than a small room with a basic treadmill, x-trainer and bike and a multigym - all in a small room on the 2nd floor (next to my hotel room ironically) very poor for what I expected. Swimming pool was the size of a garden pond - not a pool at all. Didnt find the sauna and steam room because by that time I was fed up with what I had found with the gym. I expected more because of the price I paid which wasnt cheap - I could have got alot better for alot cheaper in the centre of Stuttgart but this was chosen because of location and "supposed" facilies. If this hotel was maybe €25 cheaper and around €50 a night then I might be less critical based upon what I found. Location: Hotel is next to Gaisberg tram station (2 min walk) transport links verygood to main Stuttgart City Centre and also the LKA Longhorn venue which was the purpose of my stay. Supermarket and bank within 2 minutes walk of the hotel and restaurants 5 minutes walk so you could survive ok. So to summarise - its a great location if you plan on seeing a gig at the LKA Longhorn but if not then look elsewhere cos you can get better for less money!

This was my first time in Stuttgart and the staff was very helpful, friendly and organized. They knew everything about Stuttgart and helped me to organize my sightseeing. I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice and clean!

This hotel room was so small that the bed almost touched both walls head to foot. The mattress was on a slatted platform that was about 6 inches off the floor. The bathroom was so tiny your couldn't bend over to brush your teeth. The shower alternated between hot and freezing cold. The lobby was very small and crowded with the tables that were set for breakfast. The breakfast was cold eggs and sausages with some assorted cereals, breads and yogurt and cold cuts. We had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. But a very nice young lady did help us with that. There is no air conditioning only a small desk fan for ventilation. Fortunately it wasn't hot while we were there. For an extra fee we used the spa area which consisted of a sauna, steam room and cold whirlpool. We didn't use the steam room because it was an extra fee. Breakfast was an extra 7,50 and there was a fee to park. I can't recommend this hotel.

Old look hotel that tries to do its best. The personnel try to be helpful but with lack of experience. The interior is organised vertically and finding the room is challenging. Rooms partitioning is very poor and you can feel all what the other guests are doing ... Breakfast is nothing special but it costs 7.5euro

Stayed here one night. We had a room on the top floor which only had a tiny desk fan. It was a hot night and we were sweating all night. Rooms are clean and have a fridge which is a bonus but the bathroom is tiny!!!!! I struggled to get onto the toilet and when I managed to get on the sink dug into my chest. My bed had broken slats and the pillow is super lumpy. The hotel feels a bit dingy and has narrow hallways and it's a tight fit getting into the stairway with luggage. Fine for one night but not more.

Booked this hotel as a stop over from our trip around Croatia and Italy. Booked on as usual with no problems always selected parking , wifi and disabled access as I am a wheelchair user (amputee) got to the hotel to be told that our room was on 3 rd floor and that if we wanted a ground floor due to my disability we would need to pay more. The women was more concerned about us cancelling our booking online than she was about us not having an accessible room. We called who was appalled by the discrimination and called hotel. They basically said the women who they dealt with was unprofessional and rude and just wanted the payment and wasn't bothered that they had been unethical. Booking. Com said that the hotel would be taking the full payment but they would refund due to the circumstances. Do not book this hotel ! We could not leave a review on booking as they said we were a no show !

Stayed for 1 night on Bed and breakfast. Rooms are fine and breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very helpful and even helped adjust my bike the next morning. Location is good, close to tram station and good restaurants close by.

+Extremely clean +Good value for money for a night's stay -The hotel was not very easy to locate from the U Bahn station. -The reception is very small and congested -24hrs reception not available, hence must mention time of arrival and check out -Single room bathroom was quite small

The staff are lovely and very friendly. The hotel is in need of repair and better decor, not immediately appealing. Our room was small, nothing like the photos shown. The excessive big mirror over the bed is a bit over the top. The bathroom was small and dated.. The back door to the back area was broken so didn't feel that secure when we had to leave it open during the night due to the heat in the room. Didn't use any wellness facilities so can't comment. Good breakfast.
