Small, and not ideal if you’ve got a lot of wardrobe you need to unpack, but the location is superb, the rooms are super clean, fresh and comfortable, with a nice queen size bed in the single room, a TV you can connect to via Bluetooth and stream Netflix etc from your own devices, and a super fresh bathroom - with great water pressure. (Traveling as much as I do, good water pressure in the hotel showers become one of those things you really appreciate haha…) Yes - it would be nice with some amenities like a coffee maker or a small fridge, maybe one or two drawers, but for the price you pay, it’s more than enough, and there are an abundance of places to go get everything you might, right on your doorstep, so you’re never in any dire need. The “no windows situation” might feel odd to some, but it’s actually really nice to sleep in pitch black, and the bathroom has got a night light if you need to get up during the night, so you won’t stumble around in the dark for very long. Wholeheartedly recommend, and will stay here many more times in the future I’m sure!

Exactly what you need

This stay was everything I hoped for, a cosy spot for singles and couples just to lay back and relax. Lives up to its name because its deceivingly comfortable, perhaps the lack of windows helps you to lose track of time too! Eitherways, very enjoyable stay and happy sleep, thank you

Great budget hotel for Stockholm in Hotorget

Great stay, only inconvenience was that the app didn’t work so I couldn’t get in via the keyless entry. Had to find the number, call their sister hotel and walk a 2km round trip to get a hotel room key. Hotel was nice about the issue and offered me a coffee and water.

Good Concept failure on execution

This is a very interesting concept which I initially embraced and thought this would be an intuitive process. However, they failed miserably on something that should have been relatively seamless. The app never worked and my check-in was eventually 5:30pm. They had to revert to a physical card and the reception is only available between 3-5. I stepped out the following morning for an hour and on re-entry was locked out (before check-out). I spent another hour outside awaiting access to the lobby. On entry your only option is to use a phone that put me in touch with someone at another hotel. This person recommended that I wait four hours for the receptionist to arrive. After, explaining that my flight leaves in 3 hours this person had to come on a scooter and let me into the room.

If you have an early flight, don’t expect to get in no matter what before 4 PM unmanned hotel And you can’t even go in the lobby before 4 PM you need the key which you can’t get. If you’re arriving to Stockholm before 4 PM pick another place

Their app is a joke. You can not get door open. The "key" will NOT appear in the app. Ever. A group of us were stuck outside with the same issues. I called. Once i got in. The passport reader did not work. Nothing technologically worked ever. The TV seemed cool. But flight and train times thru tv did not work. The alarm did not work. Stay away. You will never get in! The idea in theory sounds good. No execution. GM and IT people should be fired tomorrow. Cleaning crew was good. Stay somewhere with a lobby and front desk.
