Very clean and nice property. I was a bit concerned about the staff after I had read some reviews but my partner and I were treated very kindly and staff was so accommodating. The cleanliness of our room and common areas was also spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

Well worth a visit

A well-situated hotel located in a former fire station; within walking distance of the centre (10 minutes to central station) but it's a steep hill coming back. Plenty of opportunties for shopping, cafes and restaurants within a 1 km radius (Drottninggatan recommended) and there is a metro station 5 minutes away. The hotel seems well run and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good choice of items at the breakfast buffet.

I arrived at 23:00 and the reception closed at 22:00. They provided me a door code to enter the gate and the lobby. But they DID NOT send me the lockbox code to obtain my key due to my late check in. They claimed they emailed it, but I checked my email and junk mail. Nothing. They would not refund me. And I had to pay for a second hotel room that not. Do not recommend this hotel for late arrivals.

More 2 star than 3.

Stayed in the hotel for few nights. Negative things are bathroom with curtain shower fitting more like a hostel and unhygienic standing on the floor while showering. Also walls are not soundproof, you can hear everything what people saying in rooms around. Positive things are location of the hotel is basically in the centre of the city with walkable distances around the city and breakfast options in lovely setting with hardworking ladies who make sure there is plenty of everything.
