Lovely staff and the best breakfast. Bus stop right in front of property
Easy access to bus. A few feet and you can ride the bus into downtown (10 min ride). Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They offered great recommendations for local food and activities (not typical tourist traps). We would happily stay here again.
The property is clean and location is convenient to Lucerne city center by public transportation.

A nice hotel just off the limits of the noisy downtown but with quick access either by bus or a short walk. The main station is a 20 minute walk through downtown. They provide a bus pass for the stay duration so it is all technically free. Breakfast was a boon to start the day full and fresh. Staff was excellent, friendly and informative. Bus stop is right outside the door. Avoid the restaurant opposite "Wirtshaus Eichhof" poor service, expensive and better options downtown minutes away.
The breakfast buffet was actually pretty limited, especially considering they have a restaurant. But it doesn't really operate in the morning.
