Great easy location.

Clean, quiet and private. Nice pool. Older building but for being beachside still in pretty good shape. Clean furniture and kitchen. Older bathroom/tub but it works for why you’re there.

Perfectly relaxing!!

My husband and I wanted an easy, fun, relaxing getaway after a very tough year. This vacation was absolutely fantastic and afforded us a short walk to the beach and proximity to other great places. We will most definitely be back!!

Great condo !! We have booked to come back next year . If I had a complaint - it would be better lighting in the master bath , hard on old eyes to get ready in the evening . Hopefully someday the gym will be updated but we loved our stay . The staff is amazing and the condo was exceptionally clean !!

Great property, awesome location.

Perfect location, the property was nice. Check-in super easy. We were actually able to get into the property early on check-in day and that was very much appreciated. The workout room definitely needs updated equipment. The unit needs a few upgrades like the shower curtain, rod and holders.

Perfect beachside location

Spacious, excellent location, best beach and very comfortable accommodations. If you like the Gulf coast, this condo is a great access point. Quiet, yet right on the beach and Gulf Boulevard, you can walk to a myriad of restaurants, the grocery store and the trolley passes by every 30 minutes to go anywhere else. Wonderful place to relax and catch the sun!

Great unit and location

Nicely updated unit is accurately described in the listing. The pool and patio received a lot of sun and also had shade when wanted. The unit and property were clean clean clean! Gulf Gate met our needs, and we will be back.

Ed at the lobby was amazing! Friendly and helpful made check in and check out a simple and pleasurable experience. Our condo was amazing. Clean updated and had everything we needed. Location is perfect walking distance to shops and local bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. Got cut short due to Hurricane Elsa but nothing the owner can do about that. Condo is older but in really good condition. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. We would definitely rent from this owner again. Easy communication and the check in staff was awesome. A++++++

It was arrest unit

Loved the unit, newer flooring, kitchen and well equipped. The biggest problem we had was the hottub only working one of the 8 days we were there. Also some guests abused the pool hours, swimming way past dusk. Just about every day there was a guy sleeping by the entrance to the beach, seemed homeless and was a bit unnerving.

Gulf Gate 201

Very nice area. Pool comfortable, cozy. Very nice people in other units. Gulf was far to walk to but it is far for most other places. Very clean unit. I thought that there would be a recliner. Extremely nice towels.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean!

The place was immaculate. Very comfortable king bed and living room area. The views off the balcony were beautiful. Short walk to the water and you can rent a cabana right in front. The pool area was great too. The staff at property could not have been nicer and helpful. I would stay here again and again.

Great location for just relaxing!

Great central location to beach and restaurants… close to a Publix (1 block away) too. Beach on property is excellent with a nice beachfront pool with an outdoor bathroom! Our unit was tastefully decorated and was quiet…no issues with noise. Bed was new and very firm. Suggestions: you may want to bring extra beach towels (ones in our unit were relatively small and few. Kitchen is nicely appointed, but could use a few newer pots/pans. Plenty of utensils and dishes though.

2nd Stay and hopefully not the last.

This was our second time staying in this unit and it again was an excellent experience. The unit was exceptionally clean and all of the amenities were fantastic. The biggest bonus was that my wife and I traveled with our 2yr old daughter and the rental office was able to provide us with a pack and play for the room.
