Experience St. Petersburg in this lovely waterfront home! This modern space features large kitchen, dining room and living room and 1 br w/queen bed plus a den with futons (2 twin can be pushed together for queen) for guests plus two full baths and laundry room. Guests can enjoy amenities like a firepit, propane grill, patio, balcony, new appliances including 2 refrigerators, full size stove and microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 tv's, etc. A beautiful and serene retreat, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away. Location is prime and neighborhood is great! We are 2 miles from downtown St. Petersburg and University of S. Florida. Also, tons of restaurants, music, culture and beaches are all just minutes away!
10 min drive to the Gulf and St. Pete Beach! We know you'll love it here!
