The property was not maintained and horribly dirty plus we found a ton of bedbugs in which the property is the name but I have video as proof. There also was dirty walls blankets with burns in them and it was a non-smoking room. Ulcer found hoop earrings Cheetos etc. scattered about the floor. I do not think I’ve ever been so disappointed in any of my stays and any of my trips as I was this one

This hotel was not well taken care of!! The elevator had a bad smell to it and the walls are very then you can hear everything.

The smell was horrible, not sure what it was but it hung in the room.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's proximity to the Arch. There was no one at the desk, we were given a room that was already occupied, and the hotel is in a super sketchy part of town. I found a half eaten pizza in the cabinet, the sheets were gross enough to request new ones, and our door didn't lock. Also, I was fearful of our car being broken into as I watched several random guys loitering in the parking lot for hours. Would definitely not recommend.

Room was disgusting. Had traces of marijuana on the bed and the air filter was really dirty and a walmart bag over one of the vents. Def doesnt look like the pics you see online

I was very unpleased with my stay at the Days Inn Wyndham Downtown St Louis. The hotel staff was great and accommodating but the facility was well below standard. The roof was leaking, the hotel smelled very bad, and I could smell marijuana every time I entered the hallways. I stayed in room 201 (at the end of the hallway/second floor) and heard raccoons in the ceiling and walls of my room. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they promised to look into the situation. I was already settled and did not want to move rooms.

The manager on duty was courteous and helpful. As 3 female travelers, one being a child, we felt safe in this downtown area. Glad we didn’t see previous negative reviews. That was not our experience.

There was nothing that I liked. In fact the staff said the management didn’t care about anything.

It was smelly (smoke) and kind of noisy. Breakfast was poor.

Orbitz will not give you the truth about this hotel. It's in the middle of industrial, empty wear houses. Nothing around..not even a gas station. There was hair in the bathroom, on the bathtub, floor. The carpet was stained and dirty! We had to stay bc our kids were exhausted. We all slept on a tiny sheet we had brought. The room was hot on one side, our key didn't work. The "breakfast" had limited items, we had to wait for coffee and we were the only ones at breakfast. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by the fact they had to help us into our room. Oh, the Internet was a joke! Do not stay here!!!!

I've stayed in plenty of smoking rooms before but never did they smell like someone chained smoked for fifty years in it. I'm a smoker and was choking on the smell. Pretty simple to spray some febreeze when you clean the rooms.

This hotel is not located in a nice area. Abandon buildings surround the hotel. The walls are also very thin so you could constantly hear doors banging, drawers slamming, and people talking at all hours of the night. My room was not cleaned until 5:00pm one day. I will not be staying here again. The positives include free breakfast and free parking.

As advertised. It's in a warehouse district but not far from expo center, free parking, no incidents.

I decided not to stay in the hotel. The area didn't seen safe to be with my kids. The carpet in the hotel looked dirty with a lots of stains. When I told the receptionist that I was not going to stay she immediately told me that she could not give me a refund (very rude)

One compliant. No coffee was left in the breakfast area (7:20) before I had to leave for a workshop.one morning . Of the 4 nights. The coffee was bad tasting 2/3 other mornings. Coffee in my room was not a good tasting blend. Everything was great except I would recommend a different blend of coffee.
