Everything was very clean - all of the linens even smelled freshly laundered. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the instructions for check out were very clear.

Everything was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. We had to go buy wood for the fire pit at the gas station so if you want a fire be prepared. Home was very clean and roomy. It does sit right next to I44 so the traffic noise was definitely present. Thank you for the stay.

We had such a great time during our stay. The place was super clean, and the decor was perfect for the property. We could not have asked for a better experience. I can't say enough how clean it was, the host communication was also an added plus.It was well worth the price and more.

It was a lovely property and had great amenities. We had plenty of space and it was very reasonably priced Great location and easy access to town and the highway but pretty peaceful. Note, there is another rental immediately next to it and you share parking. We gave it 4 stars because there were a number of cleanliness issues. Since you pay a cleaning fee, it would seem reasonable to expect a clean property. There was a lot of visible dirt/crumbs/food bits all over the floors. There was trash in the bathrooms and the toilet paper rolls were almost empty. The kitchen was also not very clean. The posted guidelines for reviews in the house really discouraged leaving feedback and giving less than 5 stars but the cleanliness issue was preventable and should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property and hopefully when it sells, the new owners will keep it as a rental!

Missouri S&T Graduation

The property was perfect for our family's weekend celebration of our son's graduation from Missouri S&T. We drove in from 6 hours away and our kids were stuck in torrential rains/tornadic weather, and crazy dust storms. Having everyone make it safely was a relief. Your amenities were much appreciated, especially the soaker tub! We spent the weekend hanging out and playing whiffle ball and bean bags outside on the front lawn. A great time was had by all. Thank you!

Girls Weekend

We loved the house. It is super cute. The couches are very comfortable and perfect for curling up on. We went to Sybil’s for dinner one night, Public House and St. James winery. I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful retreat.
