Paid a little more for a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was great, room was comfy and clean, breakfast was good. No issues with room or cleanliness, shower was good (always a tipping point for me), staff was very nice. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
This has always been our "Go To" place to stay in Rolla. In the past it has always surpassed our expectations. HOWEVER, our past two stays have been a little disappointing. The units have not been as clean as they have been in the past. The toilet had mold in the rim. The carpets seemed like they had not been vacuumed since the last few guest. The common areas were not as clean as in the past either, very disappointing. We have been so disappointed with our last two visits that on our upcoming visit next weekend, we are going to stay next door at Holiday Inn.
Friendly greeting upon checking in without a a reservation. Located just off the interstate the trucks are often heard rumbling by. Our King suite was facing the back and was Roomy, comfortable and mostly quiet. Everything looked clean. Pool was warm and relaxing. Restaurants require a drive to reach. I’d stay here again.
Comfortable large rooms, good breakfast, but literally the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s right off I44 (which is great for convenience) but it’s LOUD. Also, we were woke up several times thru the night by hearing slamming doors, people talking in the halls, talking in their rooms, etc. So decent hotel amenities but cheaply build with paper thin walls.
We had an awesome stay here. Clean, nice warm indoor pool . Great desk help, kitchen help and cleaning crew. We were to have our family Christmas and our sons 35th birthday get together Dec 30th at our daughters in Rolla . Their sewer line from the house into the city’s system collapsed the day before . So all 19 of us stayed at the Comfort suite. Thank you so much for our stay and breakfast and use of your pool for the kids to run / swim off steam.
This is the second year our extended family chose Rolla Comfort Suites for our annual after-Christmas get-together. We rented the spacious two-room suite including kitchen and had plenty of room for gift exchanges and pleasant, comfortable conversation. Later, the kids could go in the large bedroom and play board games, while the adults could relax and talk in the large sitting room. However, what really brought us back was the special treatment we get from Jason. He makes it all work just right, and goes above and beyond. Also, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything works.
We stayed here for my nephew's wedding on Friday and Saturday night December 8th and 9th 2017. Everyone was very friendly and our room, and the rest of the hotel was clean. They managed to put three rooms next to each other at the last minute which was a big help. The only odd situation that we ran into was that they come in and remove the shower curtain when they take the dirty towels. We were gone when they took everything but came back before they cleaned our room. When we got back we told them our room didn't need cleaning (we did not know that they had already been in). We found this out the next morning when I went to take a shower. This happened in both other rooms but they noticed the night before and the front desk gave them curtains when they came down. Not a big deal and while I doubt I will be in rolla again anytime soon, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Stopped here after a 5 hour drive to spend the night. Staff was friendly, efficient. Room was very clean- the mattress was wonderfully comfortable!! Didn’t get to try the free breakfast as we hit the road early to continue our travels. Plan to stay here again next time we travel west.
We stayed here for homecoming weekend when the prices were up some but we needed a place to stay. The beds were comfortable but I don't know about breakfast since I got food poisoning elsewhere and never left the room to eat. Using the shower was like stepping into a cave with like a header to step under. The shower head would not rotate to different sprays. We did spend part of the first evening downstairs watching the Astros game and I was surprised to see a couple of breakfast items left out as late as 7 pm. There were a few flies flying around that time of night also.
This was my first time staying in Rolla or at a Comfort Suites. I am from a large metropolitan area and I was not sure what to expect from a hotel in a smaller town, but the staff was professional and the accommodations were top notch. This hotel would definitely be my top pick for the area. I was very impressed!
