Comfort Suites Rolla

I love comfort suites , but the front desk could pay more attention in the evening . Hopefully it was just an off day . Next time we'll stay at holiday inn. Disappointed no hot tubs at this hotel. There is a sauna and an exhausting hot pool room to enjoy when it's hot out (not ideal-temp of room was at least 101) maybe they mean the room is heated because the pool water really wasn't....

We stayed here during a cross country road trip with two little children. The rooms are quite large and handled our two cribs very easily. The pool was a hot at the end of a long day, and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Off the service road and just past the storage units amidst fields, you can find the Comfort Suites. It's an odd location. You get a great first impression starting with the clean parking lot! The staff is very courteous. The rooms were spacious. We had 2 queen beds and separated living area with a sofa sleeper. The bathroom was quite small and the toilet was not elongated, so that to me tells me the bathroom is definitely smaller than it should be. No commercial bathroom should be stuck with a round front toilet. My biggest complaint--- the sheets had hair. That grosses me out. I slept in my clothes because I was too tired to call for someone to change them. Were they changed? Is their laundry facility dirty? I'm not sure. But gross. And there was noise from upper floors; not a lot but some. The breakfast was good. Standard hotel buffet. I'd definitely come back, but I'd make sure the sheets were clean next time!

Late reservation request, but very good desk clerk who set up our reservation and checked us in. Room was superb, including doors between the "common area" and the suites....very quiet. The only negative is navigating the I-44 westbound exit to the hotel at night after 600+ miles.

We stayed 2 nights at the Comfort Suites. Our room was large with a separate bedroom area and living room area. It was clean, but there was noise from heavy walkers above and talking as people passed the door in the hallway. When I attempted to call our daughter's room the phone in the room did not work.....because it was disconnected. The phone by the bed also did not work for the same reason. As we scrolled up the TV channels a notice appeared that the channel was not authorized? I was able to call the front desk after finding the phone had been unplugged at the wall. They were quick to come check the TV and also got the other phone to work also. The hotel was fully booked due to the graduation. When we went down for breakfast, the only thing hot was some gravy. The eggs were gone along with the sausage. It was easy access off if I 44. The price was also high most likely due to the demand.....each night was $175.

I don't normally write reviews, but this one deserves it. First, the person at the desk during my check in was fantastic. Very friendly through the whole process. The lobby was nice, the breakfast area apparently had snacks prior to my mid-evening arrival. The breakfast itself was very nice with a lot of hot and cold options. Then there is the room. Kitchen area, office/couch area, and sleeping area appeared clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was another matter, at least the shower/tub is. When I was first looking around all I noticed was the tub looked quite large. Then the light caught the discoloration. The sides and back and parts of the edge of the tub were discolored some sort of uneven yellow staining. It's similar to the coloring a personal shower/tub will get as a water stain, but the back wall and rim of the tub are not places that discoloration would occur. I have no idea what caused it and it doesn't look like something that will come off with scrubbing so it's not a situation where I fault the day to day care of the current housekeeper for that room. Not knowing where the discoloration came for and being unable to understand the extent of it meant I was uncomfortable using the shower. Fortunately this was the last stop of my trip and I was arriving home a few hours later and could use my own non-weirdly stained shower. As this was the only room I saw I do not know if this is a chronic issue with this location. I do know the rest of my experience was good and I've stayed in other locations and had good experiences.

Easy access on and off the interstate if your passing through. Our room was large and very clean. Very modern decor and extremely comfortable bed. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Our room had all the amenities we needed and we have no complaints! Stayed twice this year and will stay again if back in the area.

I typically stop here when travel between Texas and Indiana. The hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are as nice as any I've stayed in. The staff is super friendly and always ready to provide feedback about local eateries, shopping and entertainment. They haven't missed yet! Prices are very competitive with other similar chains. Breakfast is very good. Give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.

The room was comfortable and the big room for breakfast and family gatherings was so cozy. Renee served us well at breakfast, even giving us recommendations for local eateries. We never ran out of anything and she kept us from having to get up for refills. Tanya kept us supplied with board games and fresh baked cookies in the evening when our family gathered to enjoy pizza delivery together. Staying here was almost better than relaxing at home!!!

Stopped here for the night after a long drive from KC. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were cozy with a great bed! Reasonable prices and good location. Couldn't hear the highway noise. Slept in and had a great breakfast before my next travels.
