The property is old and it shows. The bed itself was fine, reasonably clean and comfortable. The rest of the facility is showing its age and lack of maintenance. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected and the toilet ran intermittently throughout the night. First floor ice machine was out of order. The "fitness center" was a tiny room barely bigger than a closet with a treadmill, elliptical and a cable/weight stack and not enough room to really use any of them. I chose this property because it had on-site EV charging, but the L2 chargers are laughably overpriced, on par with DCFC stations on the interstate, but at 1/10 the speed. In addition, they charge an absurd $5/30 minute idle fee, which is insane for a Level 2 charger at a hotel where users would be expected to stay overnight. I had to set an alarm for 3:00AM when my charging was expected to complete so I could stop the session and avoid an extra $30 of idle fees while charging my vehicle overnight. Overall it was an adequate place to sleep, but that's about it.

The rooms need to be updated. They were very run down, holes in the walls and doors, broken furniture, not cleaned well, (we had hair in the tub and on the pillows) Staff acknowledged the issues and gave us a refund without hesitation and we went elsewhere

Awful! The pool was closed, but we weren’t informed. The shower only had warm water for about 2 minutes. Several guest complained of this. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Every area in the hotel smelled of smoke and the 3rd floor smelled like a dispensary. Would not recommend.

I stayed here a few times in 2024 and was satisfied. Things have declined and this visit was less satisfactory. Room & bldg had bad odor (pot smell), indoor pool closed for season ???, breakfast options very limited, HVAC unit noisy and temp hard to moderate, kids playing football in hallway after 10 pm and before 8 am. Will try a different hotel next time in area.

Stayed at this location cause it showed an indoor pool. Once I arrived there is paper on door stating pool was closed until March. Has signs posted for not smoking of any kind but second floor smelled heavy of weed. Believe it was workers that lived there. The rooms are definitely neglected. The first room we were assigned the heat fan kept rattling, so we transferred all to get another one that started rattling. The bathroom needs a magic eraser and scrub down, ring around the tub. I wouldn’t stay again especially since they have a lot of competition in the area, if I could’ve cancelled I would have but we will be out of here first thing tomorrow. Apparently their indoor pool is closed for the winter until March but it’s sitting there filled, I would be curious how sanitary it is. I don’t trust the room was cleaned well but always bring cleaner and do it myself but I am not scrubbing their tub for them. I do have pictures to provide. Also, the water was up to my ankles when I showered so I am sure there is a clog or issue there. Go elsewhere. I think we were maybe the 4th car in the parking lot.

We wanted a hotel with pool and breakfast. They advertised pool and breakfast. Pool was broken and breakfast subpar. Travelocity did nothing would not even answer phone

Every hall smelled horrendous. Rooms were not the worst but the air did not work so slept with the window open. Tv didn’t work. We only booked here for pool but owner closed it all winter while he was away we were told.
