Quiet. Pristine. Paradise. Gould Lake is a sought after spring-fed, pristine lake, nestled in the rugged Canadian shield just 10mins to town, 30mins to Kingston, and an hour to PEC. Protected by conservation land, you'll experience nature in peace. This recently built lake house is perched with views down the bay and perfectly positioned for watching the sunset. Kids will love the wildlife, flat yards, playset, stone fire pit, and shallow swimming area.
Four bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen, living room and a half bath downstairs. All rooms face the lake.
