Nice renovated room but we faced the highway and on-ramp which was very busy all night long. Sound insulation for window and from room to room was not adequate. We did not sleep well due to highway noise and noise from within hotel. It may have been a completely different experience for the side that faced away from the highway.

It was concerning thar some doors to the building did not have locks or access limitation. The second floor entrance facing the other building was open with no card access required. They should have locks or card accessibility in all doors that lead outside.

We really enjoyed our stay until the second night. A mother, high on something, was in the room next door yelling and swearing nonstop. I called the front desk. They visited her room but the quiet did not last. I was awake until 4am. She has a son, she’s pregnant and her mother is sleeping with her boyfriend. My heart breaks for the son and her unborn baby. Forgetting all that the breakfast was great, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, great location, friendly staff. Room was perfect for us. Not sure what staff when they deal with addicts, maybe call the police and family services??!!
