When someone leaves something in their room and they call housekeeping and leave a message and don't hear back. I called again two days later and spoke to someone at the front desk and left a message again and still didn't hear back. I finally went back to the hotel and asked if they had found my Ipad? After waiting for 30 minutes I asked the front desk if they knew I was waiting? Finally the manager might have gotten involved a low and behold my Ipad appears. Not sure if they have thousands of Ipads in lost and found but when someone calls twice and asks if they have it after referencing my room number name and date of stay maybe somebody could get back to you. It's called client service!
