Beds were comfy and room very clean. The outdoor patio was by the water so it was great to sit out and have a drink and enjoy the view. Hotel was in the downtown area so it was very walkable to the many restaurants and cafes that were close by. Hotel provided parking. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a great location. Right on the waterfront. Our room had a balcony that was on the harbour front. Very very nice. Staff were amazing. Friendly professional helpful knowledgeable and so pleasant

It has balconies over looking harbor. Housekeeping should at least come to your room to see if anything is needed. We had to search to have towels changed When staying 5 days at least replenish the water and coffee. This is not the first time we have stayed here but is the first time ì have had to complain. Not happy with the stay however Kingston is great place to go.

This hotel was excellent. Staff super helpful, very accommodating, always smiling and ready to help. Location of hotel is also perfect, in the heart of Kingston, restaurants, marina, events, all close by, walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. We go there everytime we are in Kingston.

The location was ideal as we had the harbourfront king room with the balcony. Our stay was for two nights, but room service was not adequate. We did not receive fresh towels at all and our room was not freshened up. Our friends were the in the adjoining room, and they had to ask for fresh towels. For the amount of money we had to I assumed this was part of the service. Not impressed.
