they had. no cancellation policy posted anywhere and despite giving 24 and 48 hrs notice, they charged my credit card anyway. beware they have no cancellation policy despite doing so in advance also expedia was completely useless in advocating for my refund so be careful with all Expedia booking as they will not help

We had stayed there before and everything was good. This time we arrived early to confirm our reservation before; we had business locally. When I asked if I could take a pen from the jar I was rudely informed that these were for guests only. We were checking in a couple of hours. The manager was surly and rude. Then when we went for the breakfast the tables were filling up and I observed other guests taking some items back to their rooms. For curtesy to the other guests waiting for a table we took a small plate with 4 yogurts. The manager accosted us and demanded we give him the items. We complied. All the other staff were excellent but the manager leaves much to be desiired.

The room was very clean, it had updated bedding,and furniture and a brand new bathroom. We were late in the season so it was cold out but we could control the temperature inside and it was warm . Front desk personnel Sid was pleasant and helpful. Overall a good experience.

We absolutely loved our stay. Compared to where we live it is so quiet and nice to get out of your head. We had an amazing experience, the staff are so friendly. The only thing that we would have to say bad is the lights outside our room are set to come on at 7am and off at 7pm so there was no lights outside at night and we thought the breakfast was a hot buffet style breakfast and it was a continental breakfast.
