At 9h45 at night the power randomly went out completely in the room we were staying in, I went to the front and the guys checked the breaker and all but he couldn't figure out what the issue was, so he then told us to change rooms, the staff was kind and offered to help with our stuff, so we had to pack everything up in the dark and move rooms abit pass 10p.m, once in the new room we noticed the heat from the fire place was non functional and the jaccuzy was all roughed up at the bottom and the power flickered on and off 3 or 4 times. But it was late and I didn't want to go tell the staff again so I left it be, no one even checked on us afterwards nothing to see if everything was okay. At check out I was expecting the staff to ask us about the room they changed us in but he didn't even bother asking nothing, they didn't offer a discount or some kind of refund or even a free evening for the inconvenience or anything of that sort. At check out their was also a difficulty with the debit machine and they couldn't refund me my deposit of 250$ on my card so he had to give me cash. I don't want to write a bad review cause their was some nice things during our stay like the breakfast room was very nice and breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from and the service was nice to, but at the end I did expect some kind of compensation or something for what happened at the very least.
