My only negative comment is that the hallway carpets needed to be cleaned. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. The rooms were large, the beds very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and there were always people around to keep the areas clean. There isn't any shopping within walking distance so you'll have to drive about 5-10 minutes which is reasonable. The property is clean and the rooms were surprisingly modernized. Overall very good experience and we would stay here again the next time we're in Kingston.

Perfectly nice budget hotel. Clean, basic and courteous staff. Breakfast was just a prepackaged muffin, but the room itself was perfectly fine and at the right price.

What a great hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, close to gas and food, and best of all it was dog-friendly! So our pooch Zoe was welcome! Would recommend!! Thanks for the great stay, and we will be sure to stay again when we are in Kingston.

This was our 3rd stay. No frills, Ikea-like furnishings. Very clean. Packaged muffins and coffee in the morning. Right off the highway. Gas station and Tim Hortons across the road. You would have to drive to restaurants, shopping etc. Room had sufficient towels, comfy beds, microwave and mini fridge. Staff was great. No issues. Would book it again.
