Premium rooms are not stocked as stated, bedding not upgraded, no room cleaning 3 nights door keys lost access every time I left and returned had to rekey 3 times broken side entry glass door. Weed smell in hallways sometimes very strong and was traveling with infant. Room was not ready on arrival and not ready 20 mins after promised and told it would be done. Ran out of towels day 1 TP or soap day 2. Front desk was nice but many inexperienced it DOES have the ability to be a better hotel but when you don’t do what you advertise or even clean rooms restock essential items and things don’t work right….Fail!

I paid for a room upgrade. Instead, we got just a single queen bed and a handicap shower with a shower spigot that didn’t go any higher than my shoulder. Also, when you ran the water in the sink, it came out brown for the first few seconds, so you needed to wait to brush your teeth and were concerned about drinking it. The lighting above the bed is also terrible, shining right in your eyes if you try to read before going to bed. There was no housekeeping unless you stayed three nights, and they tried to impose and additional charge for having the lockbox in the room.

The first night the tv stopped working, next day asked them to fix it the maintenance man had a hard time resetting the box cause it was located behind the first drawer. Next the door lock reader broke had to wait 45 min just to get in, get settled then were told time to switch rooms. Our dinner getting cold switching rooms. Used to be a great place, stayed multiple times. Now just some good lip stick on a an aging place. If it werent for the new front desk guy Carlos being so helpful 4 days in new. We would have just left. Plain and simple a big disappointment, and sadly won't go back again

I was fine with parking. Room key was a bit tricky. The smell of dog in the room was off-putting. I had room freshener. Which helped. Perhaps a vacuum and room sweep would have been helpful. Very little noise. Appreciate on site washer and dryer. Also coffee maker in room. The room and hallway could have been cleaner.
