The location was very good ... the room is nice and spacious. The pollows could be softer

Problems unlocking door with card to room and side entrance. No replacement linen or trash bags. Poor and little choice of tv channels. Wifi kept disconnecting.

No breakfast service in the AM, really just wanted at least fresh coffee and maybe bagel or muffins. The tea bags in the room were moldy. I have a photo of them... and the fridge had old stuff left in it from previous guests. Otherwise fine, quiet, ac worked and tv, pool wasn’t listed on this hotel when I booked it or I would have brought swimwear. Was disappointed to learn it had a pool when I got there. Oh well. It was one night so, ok.

The hotel is in no where man. If you don't have a car you are lost. It need a cafeteria. The price is as high as a nice place is Boston.

We loved the location, property was beautiful, seemed maintained, but needed more deep cleaning, and way more basic cleaning/housekeeping. Housekeepers are the backbone of your entire business. They are the ones that provide the most valuable service to the buyer; clean, comfortable rooms! The beauty can’t be seen through the mound of dust and dirt! Our AC vent was clogged with dust rendering it useless. The front desk came and cleaned it because no one was working.....hmmm. The bathroom vent was even worse.....um, allergies? Give the housekeepers raises and way more time to clean, or just hire more people! I would definitely return, but would not be willing to pay going rate for what we received. Staff were awesome and understanding, and as helpful as they could be.

Thank you Chuck for taking the time out to tell us about your recent stay. I do apologize for issue with your key. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we are only going into rooms every 4 days. We do have amenities at the front desk for our guest.

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay. We unfortunately do not have breakfast at this location. We do have muffins in our snack machines. We usually do have coffee 24 hours in the lobby but due to the pandemic we have not been able to have it. I will definitely address the issue with the tea bag and the fridge. This isn't our standard. We do have an indoor pool and we aren't advertising it because it is closed due to the pandemic. Hopefully when we get through this pandemic and everything starts opening up we will see you again.
