Room was clean and convenient as was staying with a pet. My only complaint was that there no hot tub in pool area as was staying at Glo while moving out of old house and moving into new house and could have used a hot tub for sore muscles due to packing.

Accessible room was at farthest end from the elevator. Hard for handicapped person to walk that far. Should have walk-in shower. Tub shower is impossible for handicapped person who has to shower in preparation for surgery tomorrow. This is not an accessible room. Acoustics are poor, with all the hard surfaces. Black surfaces make it hard to see things on them, like remote control, phone, etc.

The room was clean and had all we needed, but was curiously laid out. The barndoor-style rolling bathroom door left no privacy. The lighting was very dim. The TV has an HDMI bar across the screen that the staff could not resolve.
