Decent proprty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was almost unusable due to the amount of chlorine in the air. I grew up swimming competitively so I'm used to chlorine but this was excessive.

We booked a room with a queen and fold out sofa bed for our grandson. When we were ready for bed and open the sofa it was a bare mattress. I went to the front desk and was told the Sheets, blankets and pillows were in a bag in the closet. WE had to make the bed for our grandson!

The hotel is a bit old, faucets in the room were loose, the coffee pot was not clean, the bathroom was not swept, etc. A good cleaning would go a long way to improve guest impression.

We made it work

Booking service had overbooked the size of room needed. Hotel accommodated the best they could. Shower had mold. But, very quiet hotel. Clean for the most part. Pull out beds are always uncomfortable but this one needed the mattress replaced and some TLC.

I liked everything about the Staybridge. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.I love the kitchens and was happy there was a full size coffee maker in my room. The breakfasts that were served the 2 mornings I was there were excellent.

Our family's stay at the Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls, while a brief overnight stay, was pleasant and relaxing for all members. The room we had was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, french doors separating those from the bedroom and bath. This is ideal when traveling with family and is a rare find. The room was well cared for, immaculate, and had all provisions needed for us. Check in and check out at 3pm and 11am respectively, the staff are friendly and helpful, and their morning breakfast was deliciously presented and well maintained. One criticism is with the pool area. The wooden doors show signs of warpage, making them difficult to close. Otherwise, the pool and courtyard are fun and fabulous. An enjoyable experience and one I will consider when coming back through.
