My room wasn't clean. The trash hadn't been emptied, it had used personal feminine products. The toilet paper was also out. The windows got stuck open as well.

We arrived after a long day in airports and the staff were exceptionally helpful to us jet-lagged travelers. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. (And, I'll add that the pizza we had delivered from Tomacelli's was delicious and arrived quickly!)
