Overall very clean and updated. Our stay was enjoyable

I did not like that the toilets were too low for a senior. Everything else was great. Merry Christmas!

We loved the breakfast. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. There were no outlets on one side of the bed. We had requested a room with a tub and got a room with a handicapped shower.

Clean pool, close to a lot of things, good breakfast

We stayed for 3 days and the only cleaning done in our room on the second day was our towels were replaced. We had 4 people staying in the room and only got 2 towels the second day. When we went to get more, we were told they had a shortage of clean towels. The beds were not made and the sheets were not changed on our second day. The bed caused me to have back and hip pain. The comforters slid off the bee while we were sleeping, so we had a hard time staying covered up at night. I also had a difficult time getting the shower temperature to adjust so I didn't have to take a scalding hot shower. The Wi-Fi was pretty much unusable. I utilized my data because the Wi-Fi was so slow.

Hannah at the front desk was awesome at check-in. The breakfast was very good and fullfilling. The location of the hotel was perfectly placed for all of our activities. The hotel is modern and cute with the farm life accents. Great weekend at the Hampton!

We’ve never stayed at the Hampton Inn but if all Hampton inns are like this ,then you’ve got us. ( family of 7) from the time we walk through the door at check-in to the time we checked out the stay was perfect. desk staff that were phenomenal!!!!! room was excellent nice and clean comfortable. The shuttle bus was an excellent touch !! Pool was heated and clean !!!!Thank you for the super stay!!!!! See u again !

Very happy with my stay! The room met my expectation.

Family trip. We arrived extremely late due to travel time. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and cool. Requested a late check out and was granted additional time. Used the pool facility in the morning. Clean and had floatation devices for the kids. Nice hot tub.nice amenities. Check out was easy.

With the exception of the remodeling going on and lots of hammering at 8am, the whole stay was great. Wish they would have kept the noise down.

Hampton in Sioux Falls always lives up to our expectations. Nice hotel, comfortable, easy walking distance to restaurants.

Nice stay. Great breakfast, clean rooms and a nice workout center. Best part is that is right off the highway and within walking distance of several restaurants and the movie theater and just quick drive to tons of other restaurants and the mall.

I had a discussion with your wife about our beds...some guests think they are too hard, some too soft. It is a challenge as we have no idea what type of bedding guests are coming from at home, but we do our best to provide a comfortable night's sleep.
