Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was not properly stocked. No shampoo or conditioner, everything lying around on counter and toilet paper was only about 20% available on roll.

I am not happy with this stay mainly because it took me three tries to get my room. I checked in at 10pm with very tired kids and had to go to three different rooms before they got it right. They did not have a sofa sleeper or roll away as advertised. 3 members had to sleep on the floor. NOT happy!!!!!!

Very clean, and very friendly staff. No breakfast, or pool, but if just looking for a nice clean place to stay, this is great.

The only thing we found strange was that we had to take our used towels to the front desk to get fresh ones. They don't clean the rooms everyday, so if you need towels you will have to go to the front desk. That being said the price was great and it is a very nice hotel.

Nice, clean, newer hotel. The hotel is close to the freeway which can be loud. Very large rooms.

This was a great place for our short stay. It was close to several entertainment locations.

It felt very luxurious (granted, I had just slept on the floor the night before at a friend's house.) Comfy bed- nice, clean room. Spacious. Relaxing. There's a really good Indian food place just a half mile away. (sashi's or something like that.) It's a 10 minute drive to the downtown area, where there's a great pub with micro-brews. Monk's. In the immediate vicinity- mostly chain restaurants, except for the Indian place.

I booked this for my wife and I to spend the weekend while the kids were having fun at grandparents. The hotel appears and smells new. Our room (219) was great with an apt sized fridge/freezer, toaster, small cooktop and dishwasher as well as a comfortable queen bed. We didn't use the exercise room but it appeared clean and the equipment was up to date. The staff were courteous and friendly. I never saw a list for the DVD library, but if it was the collection behind the front desk, it consists of maybe 15-20 titles. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of the Empire Mall area.

I arrived late after driving 11 hours, to find the front desk staff was efficient and very helpful. My room was modern, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is I had to get up early to drive and I didn't get to enjoy the other amenities. I plan to stay there again on my way back home.

Room reservations were mixed up but they complimented our stay on first night. Coffee maker did not work but they replaced it.
