I have been staying at this Microtel now for over a year. The hotel has been making improvements and redoing rooms. I have noticed the changes and am more apt to recommend this hotel now more than I ever have. I appreciate the freshness of the rooms, the new touches. I have also noticed that the employees have also been more helpful and courteous. Thanks!

Great, helpful staff. Hotel in a great, convenient location. As soon as I opened the door to our room, the fresh clean smell hit me. While the room was clean it was quite comfortable as well. For the price we paid, we actually expected less than we got. Thanks for the great stop over!

We had a nice room with a window rest. It was like a bed on the window sill.

I could not take my shoes off because the carpets were so sticky. Did not feel comfortable. No ironing board available. Bath tub would not drain.

Was not happy with our first room when we checked in but was moved to a different room. I was concerned with the maid service since the 3 days we stayed here, the beds were made, new towels were given and and we were given more coffee and shampoo. However, what was not done was the bathroom was never cleaned, the carpet was dirty and never vacuum. Maybe that's the policy when you stay more than one night. It just was shocking to us since all the hotels we have stayed at, always clean the bathroom. For the time we spent in the room, it was okay.

Looks like they are starting to update. Lobby looked nice but the room was in rough shape. I was looking for an economical option and being that I only paid $54 for the night, it could have been worse.

There was blood on the pillows and the floors were dirty. The a/c wouldn't work properly and it was hotter in our room than outside. While we were checking in, someone came down and said there was someone in the room she sent them to. Also, a girl said there was no TV remote and she wasn't willing to help. Would not stay here!!

DIRTY hallways, our room was dirty, there was trash still in the trashcan, the lightbulb out in the entry, the window had so much dirt and filth in it, it looked like mud and I don't think it had been vacuumed. The sheets were clean, nice and close to the empire mall, movie theater and restaurants.

Motel is showing some real wear needs some updates badly

Staff was very friendly, but the room smelt terrible, window was even open when we went into room, guessing they were trying to air it out. Stuff running down bathroom walls, tell they hadn't been washed in some time, really needs a lot of upgrades. But it was close to the mall for Christmas shopping.

When we got there the front desk lady was not very nice..made us wait so she could finish something instead of checking us in. Never really felt welcome. Our heater in the room didn't work and there was a huge draft coming in. The pillows were horrible. The breakfast was not good at all and the place with filthy. The maids were in sweats and a shirt and asked if we were leaving yet so she could clean like we were the inconvenience. It was not a pleasant stay at all and I can say confidently I will not be back there nor another microtel

I spent a week there. The cleaning of the room every couple days was disappointing. The toilet or sinks were never cleaned. The beds were made carpet was somewhat vacuumed and that was it

Ok hotel...little overpriced for what it is. Very basic...

First room was at end of hall. Drove to back door. Door unlocked. Room was first by door. Asked about unlocked door. Told it gets locked at midnight. Asked to move close to front desk. Got room right by front entrance. First look at room seemed ok. Then saw scraps of paper, etc. on floor in walk way areas. Mentioned to desk personnel and left. Came back to room, found no towels except the one on bathtub/shower. Curtain to shower pulled into rod giving appearance of being cleaned. Scraps on floor in bathroom & hair (not head type) in shower. I had to clean before using. Told morning staff also. We were scheduled to return again in a week for a two-day stay. Asked if they could guarantee it would be clean. Told no, it depends on who cleans it. It wouldn't be to my satisfaction. I'd mentioned I had cleaned rooms to pay for college. No way was this room vacumned or tub cleaned. Very unhappy. Went next door and found clean and wonderful room for a lower price.

Microtel Inn provides a clean, comfortable value-priced room. We arrived very late and were very tired after a long drive. The staff was competent and friendly, and we were in our room quickly. Not a luxury hotel but just right for our needs.

I booked this hotel because it was the most economical and in a handy location for the family funeral I was attending. I would not stay here again. It was nice that they had fresh coffee 24/7 and it was good coffee, but that was the only thing going for it.

This hotel was great for the reason we were in town. It was close to the venue and the staff was very nice

It was exactly as I expected. I needed comfortable but not expensive. Room was clean and staff was welcoming. Booking again next trip.

We needed a hotel quick and cheap. The Microtel delivered. When we first got into our room, the heater was broken. So, they apologized and upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost to us. I can't complain about that sort of customer service. Overall, a great experience.
