The lady at the front desk was great. It was a joy to talk to her. We could have talked all night. We had a large group and she got everyone checked in in very short and efficient order. Definitely an asset on your team.
It's not clean at all. Footsteps on the carpet, stains on the wall paper, and the worst of all, dirty/stained bedding with hair and dust on it!!! Looks like they didn't change the bedding after the previous guest left. Terrible!!! Sleep in our own sleeping bags.
Room was extremely dirty. Bath tub was moldy and dirty. Shower curtain had not been changed in a long while. Even the towels were old and dingy...
Hotel was super noisy and all of the noise from the lobby and bar easily traveled to our hotel room as we were trying to sleep. We called the front desk at 10:30pm and they didn’t do anything about it. Pillows were flat, lock on bathroom door was broken, air conditioning only went to 65 (which is only an issue if you like sleeping in the cold like we do), no fridge or microwave in hotel room, and seemed overall a poor value for what we paid. Worst hotel night sleep we’ve ever had unfortunately.
Wonderful location, clean, excellent service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This hotel is how it should be!
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Nice staff. I paid for a breakfast upcharge with my reservation. Any hot food for breakfast is an additional charge even though my reservation was suppose to cover it. Very misleading breakfast policy.
The rooms are great and the bar in the lobby was great for our New Year's Eve stay.
Everythig was clean but in some places a little worn.
Love the 6th floor amenities. Wish they still had a hot tub to relax in.
Was nice inside and out. Clean rooms. Quiet even with slayer performance next door. Connected to arena which was nice for indoor entry. Good for the price
We were put on 6th floor right next to the lounge, very noisy at all times of the day. Curtains torn on one side in rm 624. Did not close properly. Do not like open concept to lower levels as adds to noise level.
Safe location. Clean and pleasant. Would recommend to others.
I liked the 6th Floor Club lounge with appetizers in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Also, having the lounge open with food into the evening hours was perfect for a late arrival.
