Most economical lodging I could find with easy, direct access to Avera Medical facilities. Not extremely close, but simple access via 12th Street. Multiple stays. Everything sparkling clean. Vending area locked at night.

DON'T STAY HERE!

This was a terrible hotel. The room itself was passibly clean, But the pool aerea was filthy. There were paint cans and equipment that had been bought in an dumped right next to the emergency exit. The hot tub was disgusting there was so much dirt on the edges that you could drawn a lin ein it with your finger nail. THere was no chemicals in the hot tub (chlorine) and the water was a brownish color. Overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

First off I requested a bottom floor because I’m in heart failure and I get there and was not given bottom floor and had to carry luggage up steps. Wow!! Also NO safety bars or handles in bathroom by shower. My heart rate dropped to 44 from climbing steps and carrying suitcas. Very upsetting! I would like a free room for this

Motel was terrible Things were falling off wall in bathroom Bathroom door did not shut Floor was dirty upon arrival . Wall over airconfioner was gross Refridgerator leaked Most of all staff were rude. Leaving this morning to check out Lady was laying on couch didn’t get up just said throw it on counter.

Convenient location, the Motel itself was in need of updating the rooms. Furniture was old had cigarette burns in the chair, even though we were in a non-smoking room. The a window drapes did not seem to be secured to the window. This was a problem because we were on the first floor facing the parking lot.

I will never stay there again! Tv didn’t work just kept buffering. AC was as low as possible felt like 80 in the room. No elevator, pool was murky. We just rode from Keystone SD to this. I went outside to have a cig a couple pulled up saw me standing there husband stood so I could finish and escorted me inside because they watched a sketchy guy wandering around!!

I just don’t know??

The beds were comfortable and it didn’t smell; however, it is really out dated, the breakfast was lacking, and the hot tub water was green but people were still in it. We found a petrified hamburger behind the tv stand so it would have been there a long time, it was stuck to the floor.

Our room had a hole behind the door with a pipe showing through. The bathroom door did not shut you had to lift up on the handle to get it shut. The cabinet had a drawer missing with a huge hole and the bottom drawer would not stay shut. When I walked in to check in there were 4 employees behind the desk and at least 3 were all on there cell phone. I let them know about the bathroom door and all she said was sorry. Pool as ok hot tub was green I would not stay there again.

Good hot breakfast, not many gluten free options. Good tea. Coffee maker in room (I'm not a coffee drinker). We didn't have time to use the pool. Fridge, microwave, and AC work great. Beds were comfortable, but sheets were stained. There were a few badly patched spots on the walls. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean towels. TV was directly plugged into the wall, which I did not appreciate because I could not unplug it to get the light to go away. Curtains do not block light. Rooms were much nicer than the exterior of the building and parking lot would suggest, but the walls are really thin.

We were suppose to have an early check-in at 11am. We got there at noon. The guy at the front desk came out of the back room and immediately stated check-in is at 3pm. I told him we paid for early check-in and he rudely told us “No early check-ins.” Then walked away. The pool water was cloudy and something was floating on the top. The hot tub had a ring around the water level and the jets didn’t work. My son asked for another pillow and after the third person he was sent to, they said they do not give more pillows because people steal them. As for our room, the door was very hard to open as it was stuck shut and you had to really force the door to open and close it. The bathroom door was the same way. The carpet was stained but not dirty, if that makes sense. The refrigerator had no shelves and you couldn’t open the door very far because it would get stuck on the floor. (Warped) We ordered breakfast one morning from Denny’s and had it delivered, to which they did not send syrup or butter. My son went down to see if they had some of those syrup packets in the breakfast area and the front desk guy told him breakfast was closed. He asked if he could just get some syrup and the guy told him, “No, breakfast is closed.” This guy was more into his phone and did not like being disturbed while he was on it. We got all of our belongings out of the room by 10am and went back for our refrigerated stuff but we were locked out already! Checkout is at 11am, this was 10am!!
